Seule dans les chants, Joane Hétu’s first solo album, for alto sax and voice, offers an intimate journey into her musical world, where the juxtaposition of sounds reveals an infinitely personal language out of which comes a genuine music-of-being.

Created and produced by Joane Hétu, her disturbing, resolutely contemporary album allows us to discover these songs from the mouth and from the wind. Seule dans les chants is a poetry of sound for an imaginary space.
